A 90-Day Study Using the WOMAC Scale
Researchers first studied how 250mg TamaFlex affected joint function and symptoms of joint DISCOMFORT following exercise in ninety (90) healthy male and female participants (average age 44.8) over 90 days. The 2019 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group study used the WOMAC scale to assess change.
TamaFlex subjects experienced an improvement in total WOMAC compared to those given a placebo. In addition, after just 14 days of daily supplementation, TamaFlex subjects experienced:

Improvement in a six-minute walk test

Improvement in a
stair-climbing test

Improvement in the articulation of the knee joint compared to placebo
After supplementation, joint health was improved by improving comfort and joint stiffness, and physical function was improved in healthy subjects with joint discomfort caused by physical activity. No serious adverse events were observed.
† Refers to normal inflammation from exercise or everyday activities.
