The third human study has consistently confirmed the findings in the first two trials and again found improved physical performance. Yet a new by-product of this clinical strategy has been a clear improvement in life quality for participants – improvements in aerobic function, physical activity, strength, and endurance. To put it simply, participants were able to move more.
For this double-blind, randomized, placebo, and active comparator-controlled clinical study, one hundred fifty (150) subjects with mild to moderate joint discomfort were given 250mg of TamaFlex, 1000mg Active Comparator, or a placebo. By day 5, the TamaFlex group showed a significant reduction in knee discomfort. After 30 days of supplementation with TamaFlex, participants showed a significant reduction in joint discomfort and stiffness and improvement in their physical function and joint comfort.
Findings from Clinical Study 3
The third trial confirmed benefits with BioMarkers, including hsCRP and uCTX-II. Specifically, researchers measured uCTX-II levels in urine samples using commercial ELISA kits to quantify the protection against loss of cartilage in participants. The values were normalized with concentrations of creatinine in the urine samples.

At the end of 30 days of supplementation, the TamaFlex group showed:

Aerobic capacity and endurance of subjects with knee discomfort (as measured by absolute distance walked by subjects in a six-minute walk test (6MWT).

Lower body strength, power, and physical function of participants (as witnessed by a significant increase in mean time covered during the stair climb test (SCT).

Ability to perform a chair-stand test (seen in an increase in the number of repetitions in 30 seconds).

None of the subjects showed any adverse events throughout the study duration. All this with a plant-based ingredient that highlights the perfect marriage of ancient wisdom with modern science.
